Replacement Policy

At Mepod, your satisfaction is important to us. We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is made. However, we do provide a 7-day replacement window in case the product you receive is:
  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
To be eligible for a replacement:
  • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photo/video proof of the damage or issue.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a replacement. If the damage is verified, a replacement unit will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Note: No replacement requests will be accepted after 7 days of product delivery.
